John has been in the hardware/software service industry since 1984, starting out at Spaulding Company servicing word processing equipment.  John worked his way up through the years servicing UNIX based NBI graphic design systems.  Later transitioning to the wide format printing line in the early 1990’s as that industry digitized. When Xerox introduced the first affordable digital wide format system in 1994, John was one of the first trained technicians in the country.  He became an industry expert on the software and hardware.  Later as microfilm systems became more dependent on software John was trained at Minolta on the newest digital systems. John has been factory trained by e-ImageData in Hartford, WI on the ScanPro product line. He considers this to be the best software/hardware combination available for the microfilm user today.  Just some of the supplier/manufacturers that John has been trained by include: Xerox, Minolta, Canon, KIP, Panasonic, Spaulding Company,  ImageMax and DataBank IMX.  John is married to his wife Cheryl and together have 3 daughters.

Bob is Co-founder, Co-owner and is the Chief Financial Officer of ImageTek, Bob started his professional career at Spaulding Company. At Spaulding Company, Bob learned from the ground up as a service technician, working in the field repairing Ozalid Blueprinting equipment, Xerox WideFormat and Minolta Microfilm machines. He became the Service Supervisor in 1998. Bob graduated with his A.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Bob is married with 3 children and 1 grandson. He is currently the Deputy Fire Chief of the Chaplin Volunteer Fire Department, Chaplin, CT.

Jim has been in the microfilm world for over 40 years. During that time, Jim has worked at various microfilm companies through the years including, ITI, Spaulding Company, ImageMax, AMS Imaging, Konica Minolta and New England Archives. During those years Jim was able to hone his skills to become one of the top sales professionals in the microfilm industry. Jim is married to his lovely wife Darlene and together that share 6 children and 3 grandchildren. Jim, a sports enthusiast enjoys an occasional round of golf and spending time with his family.
